About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven engineering graduates to join our client's dynamic team as Area Performance Leaders. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines and improving overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize daily operations within the assigned area.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and align production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Intermediate level of English (both written and verbal).
