Job Summary
Overview:
Our client, a global leading asset management company, is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Associate to join their dynamic Human Capital team. This team supports employees worldwide across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, business partnership, development, reward, operations, benefits and wellbeing, and strategic projects.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Benefits and collaborate with various Human Capital teams to support and optimise benefit offerings. The position requires a keen eye for detail, analytical skills and a strong understanding of benefits practices and international regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs globally
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions, onboarding, enrolment, and issue resolution
- Check and process benefit-related invoices
- Support benefit open enrolment periods and benefits-related events
- Collaborate with benefits vendors, brokers, and advisors to gather data, coordinate benefits administration, and resolve complex or technical issues on behalf of employees
- Develop communication materials to educate employees about available benefit options, changes in offerings, and enrolment processes
- Participate in vendor selection processes to ensure partnerships with locally relevant, reputable, and commercially viable service providers
- Support the implementation of new benefit programs or modifications to existing ones, ensuring smooth rollouts and proper integration with relevant systems or processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and promote wellness initiatives that enhance employees’ mental, physical, and financial wellbeing
- Stay updated with global benefit regulations and ensure compliance with local laws in each region of operation
- Work with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure all benefits-related documentation is accurate and meets regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in benefits administration and data analysis
- Familiarity with global benefits practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and benefits administration platforms
- A passion for leveraging technology to enhance and optimise operational efficiency
