Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Divisional Head – Zambia to lead business operations, drive sales growth, and oversee all administrative functions. This role requires a strategic leader with strong business development skills and the ability to manage diverse operational areas, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects, including accounts, customer service, HR, administration, equipment, and sales.
- Drive business development and sales, ensuring sales targets are met and the branch remains competitive.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
- Lead and coordinate with department heads to establish and maintain effective SOPs.
- Address customer and employee issues promptly, providing leadership, coaching, and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with local licensing, shipping, and statutory regulations.
- Identify and develop talent in consultation with HR, setting clear KPIs and fostering an empowered team.
