Help existing driver-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed payment).
Assist with events and promotions as needed.
Walk driver-partners through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on platforms.
Deliver high-quality presentations to new and existing partner drivers to ensure that they are fully informed and passionate about the opportunity.
