Job Summary
A leading organization in the industrial sector is seeking an experienced Manager: Talent Acquisition, Development & Performance to drive strategic HR initiatives, executive recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning. This role plays a critical part in fostering a high-performance, diverse, and engaged workforce that aligns with the company’s long-term business strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science or HR Management (NQF 7)
- HPCSA Registered as an Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist (Independent Practice)
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management within an industrial environment
- Proven expertise in Executive Recruitment, L&D, Performance & Succession Planning
- Experience with Cognitive Process Profile (CPP) and Values Orientation (VO) assessments (advantageous)
- Strong Project Management, Analytical & Stakeholder Engagement skills
- Ability to lead HR strategy alignment across multiple business units
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain high-caliber talent. Oversee fair, transparent hiring processes aligned with compliance standards
- Performance Management: Establish and maintain performance management frameworks, ensuring calibration sessions with leadership and ongoing employee development.
- Learning & Development: Define and execute L&D strategies, manage training programs, and oversee learning budget planning.
- Psychometric Testing & Assessments: Ensure compliance with HPCSA regulations, utilizing assessments for hiring, promotions, and talent development.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an engaging workplace culture.
- Succession Planning: Develop robust talent pipelines and succession plans that align with business objectives and workforce demographics.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize HR analytics, business intelligence, and engagement surveys to guide HR strategies.
