Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Sales Administrator to join our Channel Sales team in our Samrand offices. You’ll work on-site alongside a growing team of sales professionals, project leads, operation teams and marketing specialists.
Job responsibilities
- Monitor online orders received via company website
- Process orders on company system (Fincon) timeously and accurately
- Monitor outstanding orders/payments and cancel where necessary
- Allocate orders to the correct location where stock is located and communicate orders to different warehouses
- Daily communication to warehouses to ensure orders are invoiced and dispatched timeously
- Manage and communicate orders with insufficient stock to the manager and customer
- Monitor delivery of parcels to customers/end-users and follow up / investigate undelivered orders
- Work with dormant customer base to validate eligibility to retain account
- Assist with account manager queries / customer queries whilst account managers are out of office or unavailable to assist
Qualifications and Characteristics
- Completion of Matric or National Senior Certificate – Tertiary qualification a benefit
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Punctual and willing to do what is necessary to meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and manage own time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Very good communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Able to communicate with different levels of customers
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook recommended
- Professional attitude
- Work well under pressure
