The PA will assist with the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the director.
Personal Assistance:
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Manage personal correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee household or personal projects when required.
Task Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Office Management:
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure important documents are easily accessible.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as necessary.
Problem Solving:
- Address issues proactively and find solutions to challenges that may arise.
- Anticipate the boss’s needs and prepare accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 1 year minimum of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Project management: Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Discretion: High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Adaptability: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Resourceful and able to make decisions independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours as needed.

Remuneration
R8 500 – R15 000pm depending on experience and qualifications
