Job Summary
Our client in Nelspruit is looking for an Administrator with 60% for maths or maths literacy. The type of work the successful candidate will do will need a great measure of attention to detail and a large number of processing on systems daily.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process new membership applications, renewals, terminations, and suspensions accurately and within set timelines.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric as a minimum requirement.
- 60% for maths or maths literacy is required.
- Experience in membership administration and healthcare insurance will be advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative data capture role OR the ability to work accurately at a fast pace
- Knowledge of medical insurance products, membership databases, and claims processing systems would be advantageous.
- Computer Literacy and working on Microsoft Office is a minimum requirement.
