Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Oversee accurate and timely receiving and shipping of stock.
- Look for ways to improve warehouse processes.
- Ensure stock records and locations are correct.
- Maintain the right level of inventory.
- Schedule and manage warehouse staff to meet deadlines.
- Lead and motivate the warehouse team.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Report on warehouse activities and stock levels to management.
- Control warehouse budget and costs.
- Ensure stock is secure and protected.
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- PASTEL and syspro knowledge
