Job Summary
Duties:
- Administrative support to the Managing Director and young team.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Travel arrangements including travel and itineraries.
- Preparation of executive level PowerPoint presentations together with reporting and note taking of the meetings.
- Tracking, validating and monitoring of all company expenses and submitting reports.
- Taking minutes of internal and external meetings.
- Schedule and planning of all meetings together with agenda packs.
- Support with conducting certain research material.
- Ad hoc duties inline with the function.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Five years plus in a similar role.
- Exco exposure adventageous.
- High execution of the English language both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Team work.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail.
- Self motivated with a flexible mindset.
- Valid drivers license.
