Job Title: Field Agent
Duration of contract: 1 Month Fixed term contract
Basic Salary: R6000.00 + Commission (Paid a week in arrears -R1500 Weekly)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Face-to-Face Lead Generator to join our solar solutions team. Your primary role will be to engage with homeowners and businesses through door-to-door interactions, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will play a vital role in driving the adoption of renewable energy while making a positive impact on the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct door-to-door visits in designated neighborhoods or business areas.
- Identify and qualify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
- Gather accurate customer information, including contact details, energy usage, and property suitability for solar installation.
Customer Engagement:
- Educate homeowners and businesses about the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Build rapport with potential clients, answer initial questions, and address concerns professionally.
Campaign Participation:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns effectively.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on solar products, services, and industry trends.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of leads generated and provide daily/weekly activity reports to management.
Requirements:
•Must not live 10km away from designated area.
•Grade 12
•Previous experience in door-to-door sales, face-to-face lead generation, or customer service is an advantage.
•Android Smart Phone : App Does not support iPhone.
