REVENUE OPERATIONS (RevOps) MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align sales, marketing, and customer success strategies, ensuring cohesive execution across departments.
Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency throughout the revenue cycle.
Data Management & Analytics: Oversee data integrity across systems, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and forecasting.
Technology Stack Oversight: Manage and optimize the integration of CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue-related tools to support seamless operations.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue-generating activities and identify areas for improvement.
Team Enablement: Provide training and support to ensure teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve revenue objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
Required:
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
Proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into strategic initiatives.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of AI-driven tools and their application in revenue operations.
