As a Bookings & Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in managing daily pricing strategies, optimizing occupancy, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, confidence in outbound sales, and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients and contractors.
You will be responsible for monitoring pricing trends, creating competitive benchmarks, and implementing strategic offers to maintain high occupancy levels. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to businesses and contractors to secure long-term bookings and drive direct revenue.
Manage daily pricing adjustments across the property portfolio.
Create competitive sets to benchmark against market competitors.
Analyze pricing data versus previous years and identify trends.
Implement offers and promotions to optimize occupancy.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to companies and contractors to secure bookings.
Utilize the contractor database to build relationships and encourage repeat stays.
Confident and professional communicator, especially on the phone.
Basic understanding of Airbnb management and short-term rental operations.
Fluent in English and well-spoken.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret pricing data.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to build long-term client relationships.
If they have good sales experience in the property/ holiday rental side, that will work
Has a keen interest in the industry
Experience dealing with the sales side of Airbnb/ short-term letting would be a huge plus
