Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager. This key leadership role is responsible for driving store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, strong business acumen, and a passion for customer service.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar retail leadership role
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staffing, and sales target
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and address customer concerns
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and retail standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales associates, supervisors, and support staff.
- Drive sales growth and achieve branch revenue targets.
- Implement merchandising strategies and ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimize sales and reduce waste.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues effectively.
- Maintain high standards of branch presentation, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.
- Analyze branch performance data and create action plans for continuous improvement.
- Report to senior management, providing regular updates on branch performance and key metrics.
- Manage branch expenses, budgets, and profitability, ensuring cost-effective operations.
