PBT Group is seeking skilled and driven Feature Analysts to join agile delivery teams working on impactful, enterprise-level initiatives. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about business analysis, agile methodologies, and delivering high-value solutions that meet evolving business needs.

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in feature or business analysis, a strong understanding of Agile principles, and excellent interpersonal skills. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of features and alignment with business goals.
• Analyse existing processes and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications to guide development.
• Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in adherence with Agile practices.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with testers, developers, UX designers, and data analysts to ensure smooth delivery.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, processes, and team ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, wireframes, and supporting artefacts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications/Certification:

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• Diploma in Business Analysis (e.g., from FTI or similar)
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent)
