Job Summary
Leader with proven track record and strong retail experience to manage retail outlets
Experience in:
- At least 10 years in Franchise operations OR Retail operations – ideally being in the space of more than 5 stores
- Stock control / stock management
- Financial experience - Cost control experience
- Staff management
- Monitor sales on a daily basis with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer service
- Must with familiarity with food service industry
- Ability to identify and engage in new sites for new shops
- Conduct monthly reports as required by Head Office
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness and food/product safety
- Develop and grow Corporate Sales business and strategy
- Daily reconciling of cash with sales receipts, daily paperwork and accounting, and other store administration
- Monitor sales on a daily basis with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer service
Must:
- Live in Cape Town

- Consistency throughout all the stores.

- Daily/Monthly reporting
- Strong time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Computer literacy in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
- Be comfortable working in a growing business that also has a family dynamic.
