Job Summary
Our client requires the services of a passionate and qualified individual to expand its dynamic team for the enhancement of services to the clients.
Job Purpose:
- To provide first-line support to clients on banking products and assist in processing electronic files for clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Take accountability for client Bank files. Ensure that files are processed, and feedback is supplied to clients per update file.
- Confirm file layouts from clients and submissions to the Bank before the relevant cut-off times.
- Identify, communicate, and follow up with the Bank or technical team.
- Ensure that the feedback files are created per client request.
- Maintain effective system information and ensure the updates occur timeously.
- Attend to client queries.
- Ensure client processes documentation is up-to-date.
- Check client and Bank Limits.
Preferred Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in an administrative field
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- 4+years of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Sound knowledge of the Banking industry
- SQL skills
- Previous experience in the payments industry will be an advantage
