Job Summary
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Head of Enterprise Architecture (EA) is responsible for the continuous facilitation to enable strategic business outcomes through well-considered technology solutions, decisions and strategies. Enabling the organization through innovation and technology modernization strategy, the position will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and inform the business strategy and develop supporting technology reference architecture. The position will also provide input into planning cycles by guiding and influencing key technology decisions to support divisional strategies. As a senior member of the Information Technology team, the Head of Enterprise Architecture will be responsible for coaching and mentoring others with the aim of continuously improving the effectiveness of architecture practice.

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Information Systems/ Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
- TOGAF 9/10 Certification and Enterprise Architecture Working knowledge
Minimum Experience:
- 8 - 10 years in Enterprise Architecture Leadership and Doman Architect for Data, Application, Technology and Security
Additional Requirements
- Post graduate Degree in Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
- Certifications: The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) and/or The Open Group TOGAF 9/10 Certification / AWS Certified Solution Architect, Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect
