Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil construction and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all project activities comply with safety and quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management (Intermediate)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management (Senior)
- Experience in civil construction projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction project management software and tools
