Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Injection Moulding Technician with solid experience in PET bottle preform production. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on knowledge of blow moulding plastic bottles and be confident in setting moulds and machines for optimal performance.
This is a key role in our production team, requiring both technical knowledge and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up injection moulding machines for PET preform production

Adjust and fine-tune mould settings for consistent output

Work with various blow moulding machines to produce plastic bottles

Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot moulding issues

Maintain equipment and ensure optimal machine performance

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Requirements:

Proven experience with injection moulding of PET bottle preforms

Experience with blow moulding plastic bottles (variety of shapes/sizes)

Skilled in machine setup and mould adjustments

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work day and night shifts as needed

Own vehicle required for commuting
- Hours 07:00 – 19:00 (with potential rotation to 19:00 – 07:00)
