Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Maintain and enhance the service/aftersales departments exceptional service standards by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage service department KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, productivity goals, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations, adhering to the automotive’s global brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement effective processes for managing service bookings, repairs, and vehicle maintenance.
- Analyse service reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service management role, ideally within the automotive industry (preferably premium brands).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive service processes, repairs, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with premium products, systems, and culture is an advantage.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets and KPIs.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering superior service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an automotive service environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Valid driver’s license.
