SERVICE ADVISOR / EAST LONDON - Looking for an energetic, organised and level headed team player. Passionate about people and delivering exceptional Customer Service. Experience in the Motor Industry will be preferred, however, any CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE will be considered.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Tertiary in Business or Accounting preferred
Very strong organisational skills
Customer-pleasing attitude
PC Literate
1-2 years relevant work experience
Be a Team Player
Must be able to work under pressure
Drivers license advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet and greet customers
Assist customer to determine the repair requirements for the vehicle
Answer customer queries
Consult with Service Technicians
Contact customer and update them about their vehicle repair status, and explain reason for the repair and the relevant cost
Order parts
Maintain knowledge about range of services offered by the Service department
Salary: Market related based on working experience
Hours: Monday to Friday – 07h00am – 17h00pm
