Exciting Opportunity:
Experienced Telesales Consultant needed for a well-etablished Automotive company in Pretoria!
Duties: Contact potential and existing customers to promote automotive products and services, Build and maintain a customer database for follow-ups and potential leads., Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information., Achieve sales targets through outbound calls and effective persuasion techniques, Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years proven experience in telesales or sales-related roles
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
