Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator with 2-4 years of experience to manage and oversee administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workloads effectively, and strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Calendar Management:
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team and leadership.
- Manage meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up tasks.
- Office Operations:
- Ensure office supplies are stocked, and equipment is functional.
- Handle vendor communications and service agreements.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate between departments to streamline workflows.
- Record-Keeping and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records, including employee data, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Assist with audits and data verification as required.
- Event Planning:
- Organize internal and external events, including team-building activities, workshops, and meetings.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with office management tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
