Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer / Corporate Communication Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs focused on interpersonal skills, workplace communication, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, HR, communications, or training & development, with expertise in leadership and professional development training.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and conduct training sessions on soft skills, leadership, assertive communication, and conflict resolution.
Implement interactive workshops, role-playing exercises, and real-world case studies to enhance learning experiences.
Assess training needs and tailor content to align with organizational and participant requirements.
Provide coaching and constructive feedback to individuals and teams to improve communication effectiveness.
Utilize behavioral assessments such as DISC, MBTI, or similar tools to refine training approaches.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and soft skills development.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training, soft skills coaching, or professional development.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, Training & Development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of personality styles and behavioral assessments (DISC, MBTI, etc.).
