Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing the operations of food and beverage services in establishments
• Staff & budgeting management, menu planning, quality control and customer service
• Operational Oversight Managing day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including scheduling, workflow, and staff performance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A deep understanding of food and beverage trends and customer service excellence
Requirements
• Matric
• Micros System Experience required
