Purpose:
We are looking for a qualified Hot Kitchen CDP (Chef de Partie)
Responsibilities
• Specific section of the kitchen where hot dishes is prepared
• Strong culinary skills,
• Time management,
• The ability to work under pressure, as the hot kitchen is typically fast-paced.

• Portfolio required
