Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and update office files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
Process payments, invoices, and expense reports accurately and on time.
Assist in managing payroll, including employee time-sheets, salary disbursements, and statutory deductions.
Reconcile financial transactions and prepare basic financial summaries as required.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
Support the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and efficient.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
