Job Summary
The Resort Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of our resort, which includes the Hotel, Food & Beverage facilities, Spa, Conferencing facilities and the Golf Course. This role involves overseeing operational management, business development, sales and marketing efforts, construction and renovation projects, project management across multiple locations and further integration of the hotel and the golf club into a single operating unit. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, business growth, and cross-functional project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
• Supervise daily operations of the golf course, spa, hotel, food and beverage outlets, and conference and event facilities to ensure superior guest experiences.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality, service, and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation for all resort departments.
2. Business Development:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the resort’s market presence.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships, corporate events, group bookings, and strategic alliances.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and corporate clients to enhance booking opportunities.
