What Is Required:

Village n Life is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman to assist in ensuring smooth daily operations and to offer back-up in various projects and ventures managed from the Chairman’s Office. The ideal candidate will be detailed orientated and have a drive to continuously learn a broad spectrum of skills while working to develop their career. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Chairman on a variety of business projects and ventures while offering back up to ensure smooth operating. The exposure will offer the perfect platform to establish a foundation for a career in business, marketing, sales or finance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.
• Drivers license and versed in driving automatic and manual cars.
• Skilled in administration programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine passion for learning and development.
