Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within the luxury hotel sector.

Familiarity with all duties and procedures in the Reservations Department of a hotel.

Knowledge and understanding of Online Travel Agent platforms and Channel Management systems (e.g., Nightsbridge, SiteMinder).

Preferable experience with Opera PMS.

Responsibilities:

Handle calls and inquiries regarding reservations.

Manage bookings from Online Travel Agents efficiently.

Provide information about properties and services.

Collaborate with departments to exceed guest expectations.

Strong communication skills and customer service focus.

Experience in reservations is a plus.

Proficient in reservation systems and online platforms.

Team player with problem-solving abilities.
