Tasks and Duties:
- Maintain accurate accounting records for all entities.
- Introduce and maintain business files, asset registers and required memberships.
- Assist in financial aspects of project related work.
- Assist in introducing and maintain controls and systems around the financial functions within the organizations.
- Brainstorm ideas based on given briefs and budgets.
- Assisting in assembling budgets, cashflows and forecasts.
- Provide suggestions on business efficiencies and potential resource saving.
- Assist in preparation of financial reporting information as required by each entity.
- Assist in payroll function and the related statutory submissions and payments.
- Assist in cash planning for each business.
