Nestled in a picturesque setting, this historic hotel overlooks the serene Langebaan Lagoon, providing breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. Do you have a passion for wellness and client care? We’re seeking a well-presented and knowledgeable spa therapist with a proven track record in providing exceptional client service. You should be adept at problem-solving, providing compassionate support, and thriving under pressure. Strong communication and confidentiality skills are essential as you ensure every client experience is seamless, personalized, and attended to with the utmost care and precision.”

What is required:

The Spa Therapist must ensure that all necessary hygiene and health standards are maintained. They are expected to treat all customers with the utmost care and professionalism to create an inviting and calm atmosphere. As a Spa Therapist, you must continuously upskill yourself with industry training as well internal training provided. Must be target driven and focused on elevating retail and/or treatment sales. Must appear presentable according to industry standards at all times as well as pay attention to personal care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
• Beauty Therapy Diploma from CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC Qualification must be a minimum of 3 years
• 3-year qualification in the Spa/Beauty industry
• Familiar with the duties and procedures within a Spa/Wellness Centre
• Computer Literate / Microsoft Proficiency
• Basic knowledge regarding Opera and ESP systems is advantageous
• Basic experience in massage, facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure, and spa-specific therapies.
