Job Description:
We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as Front of House Staff. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through excellent service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining flow.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and assist with special dietary requirements.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions securely.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed..
