We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager (2) to lead our new Sea Point store as well as our store in Constantia. We take great pride in our brand, our store, and the exceptional experience we offer our customers, and we need a strong leader who shares our ethos and cares for a healthy lifestyle.
Locations: Sea Point / Constantia, Cape Town
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Highly punctual and reliable.
- Well-presented, with strong attention to hygiene and professionalism.
- Strong passion for healthy food and great service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while leading a team with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Manage daily cash-ups, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Handle stock reporting and maintain proper inventory control.
- Lead and support staff, fostering a professional and motivated team.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Uphold hygiene and presentation standards, setting the tone for the team.
- Maintaining our high standard quality of food and beverage.
- Having a strong understanding of all our products and produce we serve to customers (health benefits and allergens).
