The reservations manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the reservations systems and processes for the company, ensuring that guests can easily make reservations, maintains accurate records, and coordinating with other department to ensure the guest experience runs smoothly.
Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
· Tertiary level qualification – preferably in Hospitality Management or similar
· Minimum 7 years of experience of which at least 2 to 3 years in similar role, in a five-star property advantage.
· Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
