Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment. Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is required. Maintenance Coordination: Address maintenance or repair needs related to cleaning equipment and facilities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and customer requirements. Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or complaints related to cleaning services. Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimize cleaning processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction. External Management: Oversee the management and supervision of external cleaning contractors or vendors, if applicable. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on cleaning operations, performance metrics, and budget utilization.
