Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant to Directors
Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg
Salary: R20,000 – R30,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and priorities for two directors.
- Handle correspondence and communication with staff and stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience as a personal or administrative assistant, preferably in hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in fostering positive relationships within the team and clients.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is a plus.
