About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Scale the adoption of AI-driven sales solutions by setting appointments and closing deals.
Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer setup and long-term retention.
Work closely with product teams, gathering customer insights to refine features and improve market fit.
Develop and optimize growth channels, primarily using cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
Manage outbound automation, track deals, and oversee the sales pipeline.
Continuously test and refine strategies for rapid revenue growth.
Provide weekly reports on key metrics, performance insights, and next steps.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B SaaS growth and lead generation.
Proficiency in outbound prospecting and CRM management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to drive conversions quickly.
Self-starter mindset, focused on high-impact revenue-generating activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Outbound Prospecting: Contact acquisition, email deliverability, response rates, and meetings booked.
Revenue Impact: Monthly recurring revenue generated, deals closed, and lead handovers.
Content & Conversion: Website and landing page conversion rates, effectiveness of sales collateral.
Optimization: A/B testing success, response time improvements, and email sequence performance.
Skills & Tools
Outbound Sales & CRM – Experience with automation and sequencing tools.
Growth Marketing – Expertise in lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign execution.
Copywriting & Psychology – Ability to craft persuasive, customer-centric messaging.
Analytics & Optimization – Familiarity with performance tracking and conversion improvement tools.
Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Team & Reporting
Reports directly to leadership.
Collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams across multiple regions.
