Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a driven Sales Rep to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while identifying new sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in connecting talented professionals with the right positions, making a significant impact on both the candidates' careers and our clients' businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs.
- Deliver tailored presentations and solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable positions.
Requirements
- Matric
- Qualification in Marketing, Business or related (Advantageous)
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at speaking Afrikaans.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
