Job Summary
A prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to handle guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests while ensuring a seamless reservation experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and promotions.
- Assist guests with special requests such as VIP services, airport transfers, and room preferences.
- Process modifications, cancellations, and group bookings efficiently.
- Ensure seamless coordination with the front office, sales, and revenue teams.
- Maintain guest profiles and preferences in the hotel’s reservation system.
- Handle payment processing and verify billing details.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any booking-related issues with professionalism.
- Maximize revenue by promoting upselling opportunities and additional services.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, seasonal offers, and local attractions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or reservations role preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
