Job Summary
Requirements
Minimum Matric. Tertiary Qualification highly recommended
A proven track record of at least 3+ years in external sales essential, preferably in the services sector
A strong pipeline to conversion ratio, strong relationship building, and an existing database of contacts, network and clients will secure success
Previous recruitment experience will be highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail
Must have sound knowledge of social media marketing, MS Word, and the ability to easily master new software packages
Must be completely bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Own reliable transport, valid driver’s license, preferred
Must be living in Plettenberg Bay or surrounds, must be prepared to work office based during office hours (NOT negotiable)

Job description
Canvassing new clients, continuous follow-up and building network of contacts, secure client agreements
Understand client environments and requirements, data crunching, research and analysis
Compile and advertise positions on various platforms
Screen and match candidates to client requirements, interviews, verifications and checks - full recruitment life cycle (training will be provided)
General administration (above average reading and typing skills will be an advantage)
Remuneration
