Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Supervisor to join their team in the heavy machinery equipment industry. The Internal Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of internal sales representatives, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the heavy machinery equipment industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of internal sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to coordinate sales activities and achieve company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- At least two years of experience in the parts, Automotive, trucking, or earthmoving industry
- Previous Sales experience
- Time Management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, creating a strong and reliable team within diverse groups
- Problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in the English and Afrikaans language and communication skills (reading, writing, grammar, spelling, etc.)
- Complete accuracy in carrying out all duties and responsibilities
- Strong mathematic skills
- Computer literate
- Experience with an accounting package, specifically Pastel Evolution
