Requirements
- Matric and/or Business-related Degree is not a requirement but will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience and 3 years in a Managerial role.
- Sales experience in the Packaging or Food industry will be an advantage.
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Analytical Skills and comfortable with mathematics
- Sales Planning and stock level management with stock controllers.
- Knowledge on stock management will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Regional Sales Plans to achieve Annual Sales Budget.
- Manage agreed Key Accounts and company representatives in the region.
- Manage and achieve sales quotas and goals.
- Analyse competitor activities and market trends.
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure operational effectiveness in all Backoffice Operations, Sales- Warehouse staff.
- People Leadership through engaged Performance Management.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
