Proven track record is essential especially with new business development
Ability to cross-sell a variety of services offered

Key Areas of Responsibility
Works with a defined sales quota focusing on initiating relationships with multi-level decision-makers through phone, marketing, e-mail / direct mail campaigns, in-person contacts / cold calling, networking, and presentations
Achieving monthly sales targets as set out in budget
Correctly cost new business achieving the maximum margin on new business
Ensure contracts are correctly signed and filed for new business
Planning, setting budgets and targets
Prepare quotes and present them to clients as soon as possible to meet the client’s expectations
Prepare proposals which clearly set out the terms and conditions for the proposed contract / tender
Prospecting potential customers within the target profile
Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
Develop innovative and creative solutions to identify and develop new clients
Proposes and closes sales to achieve set company budgets
Sustains sales activities, appointments, proposals, cold calls, database updates and reporting
Keeps abreast of changes in technology and ability to increase knowledge of the industry and services the company offers

Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Create persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to clients’ requirements, effectively communicating the value of our products / services
Negotiate Contracts: Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives
Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to management to assess performance against goals and identify areas for improvement
Participate in Networking Events: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build professional relationships and enhance brand visibility
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to stay competitive and provide informed recommendations to clients
