The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, has a strong understanding of branding principles, and is passionate about using design to communicate the value of solar energy effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Branding

1. Develop engaging and brand-aligned designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, infographics, catalogs, and presentations.
   
2. Create graphics for digital channels such as website banners, blog visuals, email campaigns, and social media posts.
   
3. Standardize and maintain the company’s visual identity across branches and franchises while tailoring content for local markets.
   
4. Produce dynamic content such as animations, video overlays, and interactive visuals for social media campaigns.
   

Blogging and Content Support

1. Collaborate with content writers to design compelling visuals and infographics that enhance blogs and articles.
   
2. Optimize images for web use, ensuring they meet SEO and accessibility standards (e.g., alt text and captions).
   

Market Trend Analysis

1. Research current design and marketing trends within the solar energy and renewable sector.
   
2. Integrate insights into fresh and innovative designs that resonate with our target audience and stand out in the competitive market.
   

Social Media and Web Marketing

1. Create social media content that drives engagement, including posts, stories, reels, and carousels for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
   
2. Work on web assets, landing pages, and display ads that enhance user experience and conversions.
   
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling digital campaigns.
   
4. Analyze campaign performance data and adapt designs to maximize engagement and ROI.
   

Collaboration and Support

1. Partner with branch and franchise teams to design localized marketing materials for regional campaigns and promotions.
   
2. Provide design guidance and templates to franchises to ensure brand consistency.
   

Requirements

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in marketing or a related industry.
    
  • Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus.
    
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
    
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro or After Effects) and web design software (e.g., Figma, Canva).
    
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles is a bonus.
    
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt designs to meet different marketing needs.
    
  • Excellent time-management and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
    
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
