iOCO Infrastructure Services invites you to explore possibilities. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with expertise in managed services to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and promoting our infrastructure solutions (e.g. IT Anything-as-a-Service, i.e., cloud computing, hosted infrastructure, HW and SW services, and then managed services (IT Service Desk, End User Support, etc).  What youâ€ll do:  Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Understand each client's specific business goals and challenges and align managed services solutions accordingly. Product Knowledge and Consultation: Possess in-depth knowledge of ICT Managed Services. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on the ICT Managed and related services, i.e.Cloud computing, Hosted Infrastructure, HW and SW, end-user computing and IT Service Management Account Growth and Retention: Identify sales opportunities within existing clients and new logos. Develop a comprehensive Account Plan for the target market and territory Ensure high client retention rates by addressing concerns and proactively mitigating issues. Contract Management: Manage client contracts, renewals, and negotiations. Coordinate contract discussions and work with vendors, such as Mimecast's legal and finance teams, as needed. Monitor contract compliance and ensure clients get the expected value from our services. Client Advocacy: Encourage satisfied clients to become advocates by providing testimonials, references, or case studies. Act as a liaison between clients and vendor's product and support teams to ensure client feedback is heard and addressed. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, specifically around managed services. Share relevant insights and recommendations with clients to enhance their investment and spending.  Your Expertise: Proven experience of at least 5 years in account management and sales specialising in ICT Managed Services and IT Outsourcing; and thorough understanding of IT Service Management Seasoned in selling IT Anything-as-a-Service, i.e., cloud computing, hosted infrastructure, HW and SW services and then Managed Services (IT Service Desk, End User Support, etc.)  Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Sales Relevant degree / certification / diploma, including OEM-related certificates —must have ITIL certification would be an advantage Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Must be able to work under pressure Ability to unlock new client segments and be able to manage and sell at CxO levels.
