Job Summary
Our client is searching for a Sales Consultant to join their team in Bloemfontein.
Main functions will include but are not limited to:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Key Accounts to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Management
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience

- Proven track record dealing with people on all levels.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills

- BSc/BA in Business administration or Marketing, sales or a relevant field
- Dynamic and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets.
