Job Summary
Qualifications:- Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience within the branding, promotional products and corporate gifts industries
- Ensure all quote requests are submitted correctly and within the companies time frame as set out in our SLA’s
- Attend to all administrative tasks within the required timeframes including supplier PO’s and customer PO's.
- Calculating costings
- Putting together proposals that are as per clients brief or requirements
- Proposing products to clients
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best possible price in order to maintain beneficial GP
- Offer and suggest alternative product and/or services in order to meet end users deadlines
- Provide first line sales telephonic assistance to customers
- Identify sales opportunities
- Following up on quotations
- Communicating & updating the external sales executive on all quotations
- Handing over quotations which have received Purchase orders to the production team
- Assisting management with ad hoc projects and requests where necessary
- Ensuring documentation is submitted timeously
- In department CI knowledge for all allocated customers
- Various office administrative duties
- Working with various departments within the company to ensure orders are completed in time and according to our company standards – includes briefing departments accordingly in order for them to fulfil their duties
