Job Summary
BRAND MANAGER
(The position would suite someone residing in East London, Cape Town or Pretoria)
Key Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in a similar field may be preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, media channels, and branding.
- Professional certification such as Certified Brand Manager (CBM) or similar may enhance a candidate’s qualifications.
Key Tasks and Duties:
- Maintaining consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms, aligning with the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.
- Executing marketing initiatives in conjunction with sales objectives and campaigns.
- Coordinating market launches of new products or services along with planned marketing strategies.
- Tracking consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and developing plans based on these insights.
- Handling the brand's public relations and overseeing the communication on platforms including social media.
